BOAT HOUSE, BRAY

Refurbishment and alterations to an old boat house fronting the River Thames. The inverted floor plan makes the most of the river views, with the main living space at first floor level opening out onto a new structural glass balcony.

Designed closely with Structure Workshop Engineers, the balcony adds a transparency to the building and allows great unobstructed views of the Thames.
