Stephen Turvil Architects are a design led practice specialising in residential work for private clients. Projects range from bespoke kitchens through to whole house refurbishments and new build commissions.

We believe good architectural design should invigorate the spirit while being both practical and aesthetic.

The studio is led by Stephen Turvil, an architect who has worked within the residential sector all his career. Stephen has an extensive experience of the planning system and a keen interest in design. As well as heading the practice he teaches an elective study programme for Boston University on London history and architecture, and is also a licensed Thames Mudlark, with an interest in the historic artefacts that can be found along the foreshore at low tide.
