PERAST HOUSE, MONTENEGRO

A previous client came back to us having bought a derelict stone pile, a wonderful former palace built on a hillside in Perast overlooking the Bay of Kotor. We acted as the lead designers while the client managed a team of local engineers and builders. Site meetings helped to keep the build moving in the right direction and the finished result is a fine 535 square metre house, and the knowledge that an important part of the local heritage has been saved from almost total ruin.
